Dr. Tirone and her assistant were so calm, kind, thorough, and helpful. Owning a cat is tough, especially when bringing them to the vet. Silo has been missing out on bloodwork and a proper weight because his previous vets were afraid of him (he's a little twitchy). Despite that, he was able to get evaluated by Dr. Tirone who made sure he was given an antibiotic injection and bloodwork--no fuss! What a relief. Other staff helped coordinate follow up images of his wound, and were able to give me advice on what next steps were after the initial visit. They were all on top of everything and got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. They didnt leave me waiting for days. I really appreciate everyone's help at this office, including all the receptionists who were very helpful and patient. Thank you so much for getting Silo up and moving again!

The only reason I gave them one star was because I couldnt post this if I didnt; they don't even deserve one star. I contacted them in the morning at 8:35am on Saturday, May 2nd, that my dog was having trouble breathing. I was told to take him to an emergency vet service even though they were open and my dogs difficulty breathing came from medicine they had prescribed. I was told they didnt have an open appointment and only one vet on. I told them I wanted to speak to the doctor. They said they were with a patient and would have to get back to me. This was around 9:45am. I live less than 10 minutes away. My dog died in my arms less than 1 hour later. I was stunned that they showed no compassion to myself or my pet who they had cared for since 2010. The doctor called me at 1:15pm and stated, "I'm calling to see how Cooper is doing". I informed her that he passed away in the morning. She never apologized or addressed the fact that they wouldnt let me bring him in. Maybe there is nothing they could have done but I guess we will never know because they didnt care enough to see him. My family is brokenhearted over the loss of our Cooper.
